No emergency monitoring
This website is not a monitoring service. Form submissions and emails are not monitored continuously. If there is an active fire, smoke condition, or other emergency, call 911 immediately.
Scope of services
513 Firewatch is not a municipal fire department and does not inspect, certify, install, service, or repair fire-protection systems. Fire-watch requirements, patrol intervals, staffing levels, and release authorization are determined by the applicable authority having jurisdiction, permit, impairment plan, facility policy, and approved post orders.
No guarantee of outcome
A fire watch reduces the time between the start of a fire and its discovery by a person; it does not restore the capability of an impaired system and does not guarantee that a fire, injury, or loss will not occur. Except as expressly stated in a signed service agreement, no warranties or response-time guarantees are made.
Service agreements control
Any engagement is governed by the written service agreement, proposal, and post orders executed between the client and 513 Firewatch or Alliance One Security & Risk Solutions LLC. Where those documents conflict with this website, those documents control.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, and brand elements of this website are owned by 513 Firewatch or its partners and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep information accurate and current, but we do not warrant that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted. Service areas and availability are subject to change and to current staffing.
